Veggies or Chicken in Marinate Masala Blend
        (For two)
 
Ingredients
2 cups of assorted veggies or Chicken (cut the veggies in longer and thicker pieces) Chicken can be replaced with paneer.
1 medium onion
1 fresh lime
1 tablespoon oil (any light oil or olive oil)
½ tsp plain yogurt (optional)
1 Tsp of Marinate Masala Blend
Salt – Marinate Masala Blend has salt in it. Add more if needed.
 
step by step recipe
Add all the veggies, onion slices (or /and Chicken or paneer) in a bowl.
Add olive oil and Marinate Masala Blend to the veggies or paneer /chicken.
 Add yogurt if desired (it does have a different taste with yogurt)
Lightly mix it all. Cover and let the mix sit for 30 -60 minutes.
Heat the grill or skillet.
Grill all the veggies or paneer /chicken.
Just before serving squeeze fresh lime juice sparingly on top.  
Enjoy with bread, naan, roti, rice or on a bed of salad lettuce /spinach.
Marinate Masala Blend can be used on any meat and seafood or use as a rub to grill or barbecue
Quantity of the spice blend can be adjusted to your taste. The quantity written in the recipe is how we use.
