Stir Fry Masala Blend


Veggies or Chicken with Stir Fry Masala Blend
        (For two)
 
Ingredients
2 cups of assorted veggies or Chicken (cut the veggies in longer and thicker pieces) Chicken can be replaced with paneer.
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon oil (any light oil or olive oil)
1tsp sesame seeds (optional)
1 Tsp of Stir Fry Masala Blend
Salt – Marinate Masala Blend has salt in it. Add more if needed.

Add all the veggies, meat, onion slices (or /and Chicken or paneer) in a bowl.
Add olive oil and stir fry Masala Blend to the veggies or paneer /chicken.  
Lightly mix it all.
Heat the skillet.  Add 1Tsp of oil.
Add all the veggies or paneer /chicken to the oil.
Cook it as per individual taste for the veggie softness as desired. Cook the chicken thoroughly.
Just before serving sprinkle sesame seeds on top.  
Enjoy with rice, quinoa or pasta.
