Paneer/ Veggies or Meat in Tandoori Masala Blend
        (For two)
 Ingredients
2 cups of assorted Paneer/ veggies or Chicken/lamb meat (cut the veggies in longer and thicker pieces)
1 medium onion
1 fresh lime
1 tablespoon oil (any light oil or olive oil)
1 Tsp of Tandoori Masala Blend
Salt –Tandoori Masala Blend has salt in it. Add more if needed.
 step by step recipe
Add all the veggies, onion slices (or /and Chicken or paneer) in a bowl.
Add olive oil and Tandoori Masala Blend to the veggies or paneer /chicken.  
Lightly mix it all. Cover and sit for 30 -60 minutes.
Heat the grill or skillet.
Grill all the veggies or paneer /chicken.
Just before serving squeeze fresh lime juice sparingly.  
Enjoy with naan or on a bed of salad lettuce /spinach.
