Cauliflower Stuffed Paratha with Tortilla Masala Blend
(For two)
Ingredients
½ cup fresh grated cauliflower
2 cup whole wheat or corn flour
½ cup vegetable oil or olive oil
½ tsp tortilla masala blend
¾ - 1 cup water
 
Step by step recipe
Make dough (like a pizza/ tortilla dough) Mix water and flour.
Keep it aside.
Grate fresh cauliflower and add tortilla masala blend.
Mix it well.
Knead the dough making sure there are no lumps in it
Divide the dough in 6 equal parts and round them up
Roll each one / round and roll it  ( small cookie size)
Take 1 tsp of grated cauliflower and spread it like a topping on the dough.
Fold the dough by flipping each side to cover up the cauliflower.
Roll it gently into a palm size tortilla
Cook it on the skillet on both sides until it turns brown. Apply oil on top while cooking.
Serve it with yogurt or any veggie or meat curry
Cauliflower can be substituted with potatoes or peas or carrots
